French Beans with seeds.

My husband leaves in morning to office when his wife is totally dead in the bed. The only option for him is to take a bowl of mail and pour some cornflakes, eat and leave.

SO the poor wifey try to make adjustment for the missed out healthy breakfast during lunch.

Recently I have started getting fascinated towards seeds and so have started including them in my veggies.

Today I made seedy french beans and they tasted awesome.

Ingredients

1. French beans cut into pieces, make sure not to cut them very fine.

2. 2 onions chopped finely.

3. 1 tsp cumin seeds

4. 1 tsp sesame seeds

5. 1 tsp flax seeds.

6. 1/4 tsp turmeric.

7. 2 tsp coriander powder.

8. salt to taste.

Procedure.

Its damn easy to make.

1. Take 2 tsp oil in a pan and add the seeds and let them splutter.

2. Add the onion and cook till they change their color to light pink.

3. Add the beans and cover.

4. When the beans are half cooked, add turmeric, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and cover. It you think that the vegetable is very dry then add little water to generate the steam. Cover and let it cook till done.

I served it with Nachni Flour mixed grain roti, sprout salad and pumpkin soup.
