Tikkhi Bharma Hari Mirch

This is a fun side dish. If you want something spicy to accompany your food this is just the thing you should try.

Recipe is very simple and you need to keep tasting and adding the spices as per your taste.

Ingredients :

1. Long green chillies 10. Cut in halves.
2. 1/2 cup besan.
3. Medium size grated green mango.
4. 1/2 tsp haldi.
5. 1 tsp coriander powder
6. 1/2 tsp sauf (fennel seeds)
7. 1/2 Gud (Jaggery)
8. 1/2-1tsp sugar.
9. 1 tsp garam masala.
10. 1 tsp white til (Sesame seeds)
11. 1 Lemon.
11. Salt to taste.

Step 1: Roast besan in 2 tsp of oil, till it is dark brownish in color.

Step 2. Add grated green mango and dry spices and mix well.

Step 3. Add jaggery and sugar and white til and cook on flame for a minute.

Step 4. The mixture should be dry. Grind the mixture and make it coarse.

Step 5. Slit the chillies and fill the mixture. To make the mixture really spice,
you can take out the chilly seeds and mix them with the besan mixture.



Step 6. Pour oil in pan and arrange the chillies. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Change the sides of the chillies. Cook till well done.



Step 7. One chillies are done squeeze the lemon. Store in the fridge.
